Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Languages: Native/Fluent Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak) + English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer support experience.
- Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
