As a trusted advisor, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge tech and market success, minimizing churn while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.
Your Mission:

Strategic Onboarding: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.

Active Engagement: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services while handling a high volume of potential clients daily.

Consultative Solutions: Detect and understand customer objectives to offer adapted solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Campaign Excellence: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.

Revenue Growth: Take responsibility for increasing spend and managing campaign upselling.

Data Integrity: Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database with complete information.
What You Bring to the Table:

Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus).

Language Mastery: C2 level of German and B2 level of English.

Proven Track Record: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, particularly in high-stakes, client-facing environments.

CRM & AI Savvy: Strong experience managing customer relationships and a habit of integrating AI tools into your workflow to personalize outreach.

Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and support strategic decisions.

Communication: Excellent persuasive skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
