Green and low-carbon Technical Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on policies and trends in the green and low-carbon fields of the country and industry;
• Responsible for the research, report writing, and relevant standard preparation of green and low-carbon related topics in the company's bridge, hydraulic and other business fields;
• Responsible for consulting and providing services related to green and low-carbon technologies in the company's bridge, hydraulic and other business areas;
• Responsible for daily business support and management of the company's green and low-carbon center;
• Responsible for the development planning of the company's green and low-carbon professional disciplines and the construction of professional teams;
• Responsible for the construction of demonstration projects for the company's bridge and hydraulic green and low-carbon projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree from an overseas university，related fields such as civil engineering,environmental management,or environmental economics;
• Have formal positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions and enterprise R & D institutions, and has worked continuously for more than three years;
• Have experience in green and low-carbon technology research and development,as well as technical services related to dual carbon consulting and planning;Capable of independently conducting carbon emission accounting,related research,and thematic research work;
• Familiar with international policies,technical standards and specifications in the dual carbon field;Having a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
