Research and Development Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Make plans for annual scientific research, and manage research projects and standards development;
• Consult, design and maintain roadworks;
• Follow up the trend of dometic and international technical development, organize or assist in technical collaboration and exchange activities;
• Write and publish scientific research works;
• Manage human resources, equipments and budgeting.

Job Qualifications:

• PhD in polymer materials, building materials (road materials) and other related majors, and have scientific research experience in engineering technology, materials and roads;
• Have published at least two research paper in SCI and EI (JA);
• Familiar with common material characterization and testing methods, able to use relevant tools to test and characterize materials. Ability to use related data for statistical and analytical purposes;
• Hard-working, proactive and responsible, having strong passion to learn and provides creative insights. Good communication skills and be able to work within a team;
• Have formal positions in overseas well-known universities, scientific research institutions and enterprise R & D institutions, and have worked continuously for more than 3 years.
