Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement the companys policy and execute Health and Safety management system.
  • Ensure the operation team to comply with the statutory, contractual and Groups requirements on Environmental Health and Safety aspects.
  • Monitor and manage the daily Health and Safety issues for workplaces including the premises and workshops.
  • Conduct risk assessment for on-site activities and safety training (e.g. orientation, induction, tool box talk, etc.) to the employees and the subcontractors.
  • Prepare monthly safety report and update monthly safety plan as per Groups requirements.
  • Liaise on all matters relating to safety monitoring and auditing, risk assessments and regular inspections.
  • Manage detail incident / accident investigation and propose remedial action.
  • Launch Health and Safety campaign and promotion activities.
  • Assist in ad-hoc Health and Safety tasks / projects as require.

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Officer.
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Auditor will be an advantage.
  • 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in construction or property management industries.
  • Well versed in OSH / F&IU Ordinance/Regulation and related statutory requirements.
  • Sound knowledge on Health and Safety management system such as ISO 45001 would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and well organized with good interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Good PC knowledge.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Environmental Health & Safety Officer.
