Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
About the job Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage, encourage and motivate all Project Staff to achieve the project tasks effectively
- Ensure all necessary documents are submitted and approved in the systems prior to the commencement of the relevant work
- Issue direct instructions to the sub-contractors to coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Manage all the activities and technical aspects including product design, product testing, manufacturing, installation & erection and ensure the works are met with the requirements of the project.
- Supervise the staff of Project Team
- Control and record all site activities & progress
- Issue budget for implementation
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the Department Head if necessary
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering or Building or Equivalent
- Minimum 8 years in project management; with 5 years in facade contracting works
- Familiar structural analysis, facade systems and materials.
- Self-Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and PC knowledge
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
