Senior Building Services Engineer / Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work sequence and interface details between BS installation and builders works requirement
• Monitor the progress and quality control for BS submission
• Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination;
• Monitor site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant site experience preferably from main contractors
• Holder of Chartered Professional Member such as RPE, CIBSE is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer
