Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments as well as external parties including clients, architects and consultants
• Monitor and report project progress regularly
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years site working experience in Main Contractor
• Hard working and good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and M.S. Project
• Immediate available preferred
• Qualified member of HKIE, IstructE, CEng or CIOB is preferable (For managerial level)
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator
