Mechanical engineering design Research and Development Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the research and development of intelligent equipment products and overall scheme design;
• Responsible for the design and development of new products for bridge equipment, as well as the design and improvement of existing machinery and equipment;
  
• Undertake pre research and development work for new technologies, generate relevant patent documents, and complete project awards and other tasks;
• Solve technical issues during production and manufacturing processes, provide guidance on assembly and debugging;
• Responsible for cultivating international talents in the field of bridge equipment, guiding the construction of professional teams and talent cultivation;
• Responsible for technical negotiations and other related matters with external units.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree from an overseas university，major in mechanical engineering or related fields;
• Have formal positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions and enterprise R & D institutions, and has worked continuously for more than three years; 3.Have experience in equipment design and development, with steel structure drawing experience preferred;
• Proficient in using mechanical design manuals and steel structure design specifications,proficient in using 3D modeling software,and able to fully utilize 3D software for modeling,analysis,and calculation;
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
