Public Relation Officer
About the job Public Relation Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle public enquiries and complains;
- Prepare press materials, and monthly newsletters for the works project;
- Prepare presentation materials and attend public consultation forums;
- Liaise with the general public;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, project brochures, fact sheets, newsletter, etc to the satisfaction of the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in communications, public relations or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing.
