About the job Public Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle public enquiries and complains;
  • Prepare press materials, and monthly newsletters for the works project;
  • Prepare presentation materials and attend public consultation forums;
  • Liaise with the general public;
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, project brochures, fact sheets, newsletter, etc to the satisfaction of the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in communications, public relations or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing.
