ABWF (A&A) Project Manager / Coordinator / Engineer
About the job ABWF (A&A) Project Manager / Coordinator / Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the ABWF and/or A&A works on the project across the initial design, procurement and construction phase;
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders, design consultants and supply chain;
- Manage and coordinate preconstruction and design development activities;
- Mange all aspects of the ABWF works financial performance of the project;
- Ensure project is delivered safely and to the required quality in-line with the company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction management or related engineering discipline;
- At least 10 years' relevant ABWF fit out and/or A&A works experience;
- Strong site management experience, including materials supply, specification, quality controls;
- Good understanding of local Building Regulations and Minor Works Control System;
- Good financial and contractual knowledge in dealing with contract management;
- Proficient in Cantonese and English;
- Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the role of Assistant ABWF Project Manager.
