About the job Deputy General Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the company's foreign-related legal business, and to deal with the company's decision-making, operation and management of legal affairs;
- To provide support for the legel risk prevention and control to the company's overseas project bidding;
- To participate in major business decisions of the company, take charge of the overall risk control of overseas business, and put forward preventive opinions on relevant legal risks;
- To be responsible for legal publicity, education and training of the company and overseas projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Educational background: have a doctors degree and major in law;
- Work Experience: 5 years or above legal compliance related work experience, 3 years or above legal compliance management experience in overseas construction projects.Have experience in taking charge of legal compliance management and risk prevention and control of large overseas projects;
- Professional Quality: Familiar with risk management, compliance management, internal control and other relevant business processes of large enterprise, as well as the professional knowledge in risk assessment, risk control and business management in construction industry;
- Professional Qualification: legal professional qualification, corporate legal adviser and other legal certificates,or internationally recognized equivalent certificates.
