Senior R&D Engineer for Intelligent Driving

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the research and development of intelligent driving algorithms, perception, positioning, fusion, decision-making, planning, and control technologies for transportation vehicles in automated terminals;
• Responsible for the implementation of intelligent driving algorithms and technology implementation plans for transportation vehicles in automated terminals.

Job Qualifications:

• Major in computer, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, etc., and have more than 10 years of experience in intelligent driving system development and related industries;
• Having cutting-edge technological insights and forward-looking perspectives, with at least 2 years of experience in mass production and development of intelligent driving;
• Familiar with basic knowledge of image processing, machine learning, and signal processing, with rich experience in artificial intelligence learning algorithms or project development;
• Familiar with product features such as cameras, millimeter wave radar, LiDAR, high-precision maps, and positioning systems;
• Familiar with knowledge of intelligent driving domain controller scheme selection, hardware design, software design, structural design, etc;
• Familiar with multi perception fusion algorithms, Bayesian estimation theory, filtering algorithm principles, and other related knowledge;
• Familiar with knowledge of intelligent driving decisions, trajectory planning, and motion control of vehicles;
• Have good organizational, planning, weighing, planning, communication and negotiation, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
