About the job Project Coordinator - Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments as well as external parties including clients, architects and consultants
- Monitor and report project progress regularly
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
Requirements
- Degree in Building/ Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years site working experience in Main Contractor
- Hard working and good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and M.S. Project
- Immediate available preferred
- Qualified member of HKIE, IstructE, CEng or CIOB is preferable (For managerial level)
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator
