Senior Researcher

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical development and research of suspension structure；
• Responsible for the implementation of the professional project design, calculation standards and basic conditions, coordination of the professional technical issues, organization of a variety of technical scheme comparison and selection, coordination, inspection, implementation of the professional schedule;
• Negotiate with other professional leaders to deal with related technical problems, independently deal with and guide others to deal with complicated professional problems;
• Responsible for the quality and progress of the project, and conduct a comprehensive quality professional review of the drawings and calculations;
• Responsible for the professional design technology disclosure, construction cooperation, project acceptance and project design summary.

Job Qualifications:

• Positive and correct attitude;
• Doctor degree of overseas university, with outstanding research and innovation ability and learning ability, good expression and summarizing ability;
• At least 36 consecutive months working experience in overseas famous enterprises, universities or scientific research institutions will be preferred
• Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Have good basic theoretical knowledge of floating body hydrodynamics, mooring and structural finite element analysis, and be skilled in using AWQA, Orcaflex, ANSYS or similar software to solve practical engineering problems.
