Architectural Design Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Expert level designer position, responsible for the technical development and progress of the company's architectural specialty, design products represent the level of the company;
• Implement the companys design quality requirements and norms, deepen the quality management system, formulate, modify or improve the technical quality management system;
• Discuss and evaluate project suggestions, guide the whole process implementation of architectural design from scheme to construction drawing, and responsible for the whole process management of the project;
• Able to form effective cooperation with relevant majors, have the ability to communicate, report and coordinate with customers independently, and lead the team to provide high-quality design services
  Business;
• Participate in the company's development and operation in the construction market, analyze and integrate the market resources and demands, track project information, and introduce high-quality projects;
• Complete other responsibilities that should be undertaken within the scope of responsibility division.

Job Qualifications:

• Positive and correct attitude;
• Doctor degree of overseas university, with outstanding research and innovation ability and learning ability, good expression and summarizing ability;
• At least 36 consecutive months working experience in overseas famous enterprises, universities or scientific research institutions will be preferred
• Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Sensitive to the trend of industry business development, and have insightful views on the construction industry;
• Have good communication, coordination, organization and team building skills, identify with corporate culture and development strategy.
