Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Job Description:

• Perform full QS functions for the projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts
• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
• Monitor project Income expenditure.
  

Job Requirement:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
