Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handling and responding to complaints, and publicity matters;
  • Preparing press materials, and monthly newspapers for the works project;
  • Preparing presentation materials and attend public consultation forums;
  • Liaising with the general public;
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, project brochures, fact sheets, newsletter, etc. to the satisfaction of the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in communication, public relations or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
  • Good communication skills and face to face interaction, organized and efficient;
  • Able to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
