Building material Technical Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaged in the development and design of cutting-edge technologies in the field of concrete materials;
• Responsible for the research and development of technology and technical services in the field of concrete materials;
• Organize interdisciplinary development and cooperation, and promote the work experience of scientific and technological research and development;
• Responsible for coordinating the progress, cost, quality, and other aspects of key projects;
• Undertake research and development work on new materials, generate relevant patent documents, and complete project awards and other tasks;
• Responsible for the development planning of professional disciplines and the construction of professional teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree from an overseas university，major in polymer chemistry,organic chemistry,civil engineering,etc;
• Have formal positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions and enterprise R & D institutions, and has worked continuously for more than three years;
• Have experience in the research and development of concrete admixtures,with priority given to developing new products that can be converted;
• Possess the ability to analyze material design theory,performance evolution, microstructure,and reaction mechanism.
