About the job Registered Safety Officer
Responsibilities
- Assist the site management to implement and maintain all safety systems and policies
- Monitor the site operations are in compliance with legal requirements including the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
- Provide safety training, carry out inspection, prepare accident investigation & analysis
- Support internal and external system audits.
- Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers
- Able to handle full set of safety documents
- Ensure compliance Responsible for safety training, and health & safety promotion
- Prepare risk assessment and other OSH report
Requirements
- Degree / diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or any other related discipline of education is required.
- With qualifications in Safety Auditor, OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001, Environmental Officer training, etc. are advantages
- Attainment of Registered Safety Officer issued by Labour Department of HKSAR
- 3-4 years post-RSO experience in building construction industry is preferred.
- Mature and possess good communication skills. Familiar with MS office, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint.
- Good Chinese and English correspondence writing
