Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.
  • Supervision of subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems.
  • Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.
  • Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.
  • Schedule and arrrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site.
  • Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.
  • Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry
  • Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage
  • Auditor training in quality management systems
  • Proficient in quality requirements in the industry
  • Proficient in relevant international standards in quality
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer
