Quality Manager / Quanlity Engineer
About the job Quality Manager / Quanlity Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.
- Supervision of subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems.
- Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.
- Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.
- Schedule and arrrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site.
- Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.
- Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement.
- Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry
- Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage
- Auditor training in quality management systems
- Proficient in quality requirements in the industry
- Proficient in relevant international standards in quality
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer
