About the job Human Resources Officer - Assistant Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide full support to business units in formulating and implementing Human Resources strategies and plans.
- Manage full spectrum of HR management issues including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, talent development and retentions, as well as reward management for the business.
- Organize, develop and prepare training sessions and staff activities.
- Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review.
- Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in HR operations in a sizable organization. Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage
- An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Well-versed in MS Office applications and HRIS system (SAP).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
