(Quantity Surveyor - Estimator)
Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies with 8 years in the building industry for handling the QS function and duties for construction projects
• Solid site experience in Main Contractor is preferable
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel

Responsibilities :

• Taking off of BQ items from drawings; site measurements
• Suppliers/subcontractors payment assessment
• Preparation of materials requisition order
• Application of interim payment to the consultants
• Preparation of cost variation/claims and submission to the consultants/client
• Checking and monitoring of the payment for labour wages submitted by the subcontractors
• Handling of the site insurance matters

* Candidates with less experience and qualifications can be considered for the position of Assistant QS.
