Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare cost estimates analysis;
- Study tender specifications, seeking quotations and negotiate with suppliers / subcontractors for the tender cost comparison and estimation;
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- 0-3 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Familiar with PC operations, good command in Excel is a must;
- Mature, Independent, Hardworking, can work under pressure.
