About the job Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in preparation of project documents, in-house coordination between department and site;
- Work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects;
- Coordinate project schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, tracking progress and results;
- Liaison with Project Manager / Site Manager with respect to site progress;
- Responsible for supervision of site teams;
- Full execution of site works in accordance with the contract and statutory requirements;
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Higher Diploma in Building Studies /Management/ Construction related or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience with related façade works experience would be an advantage ;
- Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
- Candidate with less experience is also welcome to apply;
