About the job Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in preparation of project documents, in-house coordination between department and site;
  • Work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects;
  • Coordinate project schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, tracking progress and results;
  • Liaison with Project Manager / Site Manager with respect to site progress;
  • Responsible for supervision of site teams;
  • Full execution of site works in accordance with the contract and statutory requirements;

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Higher Diploma in Building Studies /Management/ Construction related or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience with related façade works experience would be an advantage ;
  • Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
