About the job Professional Chief Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate medium and long-term technological development plans and supervise their implementation;
- Research forward-looking technologies that can enhance the company's technological and cost competitive advantages, realize the introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation of advanced technologies, apply for and maintain intellectual property rights, organize, transform and promote technological achievements, and form productivity quickly;
- Participate in and lead the research and development of national, ministerial, group and other scientific research projects, improve the research level, and organize technical exchanges;
- Support the development of brand projects, large and technologically complex projects, provide technical consultation and program demonstration, and support the development of emerging business markets with advanced technology;
- Participate in the maintenance of high-tech enterprise qualifications, prepare and register technical service contracts, assist in the preparation of high-tech maintenance and re-certification declaration materials;
- Prepare major programs for technologically complex projects, participate in the landing and implementation of major programs, carry out on-site tracking and guidance, and ensure that major technical risks are controlled;
- Responsible for the training and guidance of leading scientific and technological talents and technical leaders of major projects;
- Other work assigned by the leader.
Job Qualifications:
- Education and major: overseas doctorate, major in civil engineering, architecture, ecological environmental protection, new energy and other related majors, preferred;
- Work experience: at least three years of work experience, have a formal position in a well-known overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise R&D institution, and have worked for more than three consecutive years;
- Have scientific research experience in the field of engineering technology, familiar with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection and data analysis techniques;
- Have good psychological quality, strong ability to work under pressure, strong collaborative innovation ability, complex problem solving ability, good communication and cooperation ability.
