We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about our services to the completion of their project. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and provide them with the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire construction process

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and expectations

- Collaborate with our sales and design teams to create customized solutions for our clients

- Manage project timelines and communicate updates to clients

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise

- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation

- Provide support to our project managers and contractors as needed

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management

- Attend networking events and represent the company in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships
