POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client, a high-growth supply chain and working capital platform, is seeking a passionate and driven Vice President of Client Management Operations. This role will play a critical part in supporting the structure and success of a scalable working capital financing business, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable Discounting (AR) and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs. Working alongside senior leadership, the individual will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, third-party providers, and existing clientsdriving program performance, reporting integrity, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented self-starter who can operate with urgency and accuracy, navigate a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively across all levels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Client Management Operations activities supporting our clients existing client base.

  • Partner with origination, legal, credit, and finance teams to support program deployment, changes, enhancements, and contract execution.

  • Build and maintain scalable internal reporting solutions to monitor compliance with contractual terms and ensure program integrity.

  • Support proactive relationship management by anticipating client needs and strengthening long-term partnerships.

  • Participate in the origination and onboarding of complex enterprise clients to enable seamless implementation of working capital solutions.

  • Collaborate with operational partners to ensure programs are running as intended and align with all documented terms.

  • Maintain communication and transparency across key stakeholders, delivering updates, insights, and issue resolution as needed.

  • Leverage internal technology platforms to enhance reporting, tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Conduct KYC and due diligence on client portfolios as part of ongoing compliance and onboarding processes.

  • Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments to support the evolving needs of the business during its growth phase.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related quantitative field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client support or operations within a trade finance, banking, or financial technology firm, preferably serving large corporate clients.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain finance, working capital solutions, and large-scale B2B financial structures.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external parties, including consultants and service providers.

  • Proven project management skills and experience deploying client solutions within large, complex organizations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with CRM or reporting tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, solve problems with initiative, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
