You'll wear two hats: a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and success, and a project execution expert, driving smooth delivery from inception to completion.
Role Description
The Senior Manager, Client Management will immediately be responsible for multiple implementations of mandates for prospects of our Client's products, inclusive of Financial Crime Risk Reduction (FCRR) product sets. This will involve the following:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned banking clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Act as a primary point of contact, proactively communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and fostering trust.
- Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development and future projects.
Specific project delivery will also be a direct role responsibility inclusive of the following:
- Manage assigned banking software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and address any roadblocks
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project success
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building out a Client Management function across the following activities:
- Client onboarding
- Technical Integration
- Customer Success
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client management, project management, or a similar role within the banking or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Familiarity with banking software solutions and financial technology is a strong plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
