You'll need to combine deep business analysis skills with the ability to code quickly and to a high level of accuracy. Understanding of documentary trade finance is critical.

Role Description

The Senior Developer, TradeSpeed will immediately be responsible for the creation of multiple features within TradeSpeed specific to automation of documentary trade finance processes using AI, GenAI and rules. This is the future of trade finance operations.

Core Skills Required

Java, Spring, Maven and experience with one of the big clouds

Distributed architecture

Business requirements gathering and specifications writing

Trade Finance business knowledge

Other Skills

Google Cloud, MongoDB, rule based engines

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coding
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in software development methodologies
• Familiarity with banking software solutions and financial technology is a strong plus
