Job Description:
Purpose:
The Production Deck Operator is responsible for various tasks related to the preparation and processing of production batches under the guidance of the Deck Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare packaging materials for production batches.
- Add dry and solvent materials to production batches as required.
- Sample materials and deliver them to the lab for testing.
- Accurately fill containers to the specified weights as indicated on batch tickets.
- Create and affix appropriate labels to packaging containers.
- Move finished products to the warehouse (FG1 location).
- Complete applicable sections of batch sheets.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the deck tank area.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Deck Lead.

Qualifications:
- Operators in this role may range from "A" to "C" status based on knowledge of job functions, additional plant knowledge, level of cross-training, and job performance.
Specialized Safety Training:
- Hazardous waste accumulation, labeling, and packaging
- Forklift training
- Line break training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
- Production: 2 years (Required)
- Mixer: 1 year (Required)
