Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00)
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 am to 8:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of guarding/protection.
- Adhere to procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
- Attend training sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
- Be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Change machine setups and/or make minor adjustments to machines to ensure products meet specifications.
- Use gauge instruments or visual inspections to identify quality issues and ensure products meet specifications.
- Enter scheduled/produced information into the computer database for the assigned workstation, where applicable.
- Follow process specifications for the assigned workstation.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on the ability to learn and cross-train on multiple workstations.
- Work overtime as needed.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience and Skills:
- 1 year of Forklift experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of Production experience (Required)
- 2 years of Manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Schedule:
- 5x8, 8-hour shifts
- Day, Evening, Morning, Night, and Overnight shifts available
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
