Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and databases
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates in the HR system
- Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision making
- Provide support to HR team in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR systems and processes
- Train and support employees on how to use the HR system effectively
- Assist in developing and documenting HR system procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to UAE
