We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and attracting top IT talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with performance-based KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, GitHub, etc.) to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Proactively pursue candidates to apply for positions matching specific recruiting requirements.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1000 LinkedIn connections, with a focus on professionals in the following areas: Quality Control (Manual and Automation), Backend Development, Frontend Development, Product Design, and Data Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing requirements and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to secure top talent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Performance-based KPIs: 20-40 qualified CVs submitted per month.
