Position: Accountant - Philippine Based

Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

Company Overview:

As an Accountant, you will work closely with multiple clients to provide expert advice on their business requirements and liaise with vendors to ensure compliance with accounting laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients

- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify variances and recommend corrective actions

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on business decisions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

- Keep abreast of changes in accounting laws and regulations

- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

- Support the preparation of tax returns and audits

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- CPA certification is preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance role

- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting laws and regulations

- Experience in working with multiple clients and vendors

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

- Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
