Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and track key appointments.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the communication bridge between employees and management to ensure timely, clear information flow.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new hires and handling administrative HR procedures.
- Handle other assigned duties to support the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
- Highly organized and skilled in multitasking, with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capable of working independently while also being a team player.
