Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and track key appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the communication bridge between employees and management to ensure timely, clear information flow.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new hires and handling administrative HR procedures.
  • Handle other assigned duties to support the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
  • Highly organized and skilled in multitasking, with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a team player.
