About the Company

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing startup in the gaming and blockchain space, headquartered in Bangkok. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to drive agile excellence and bridge the gap between business goals and development execution.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties

• Facilitate and lead all key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Enable and coach the development team toward self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure progress toward sprint goals.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and impact analyses to refine project scope and assess risks.

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Promote open communication, transparency, and collaboration across all functions.
• Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous learning within the team.

Continuous Improvement

• Coach team members on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
• Track team performance metrics, facilitate data-driven improvements, and drive accountability.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks.
• Solid experience conducting business analysis and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
