FE Developer - Bangkok Based

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies, headquartered in Bangkok. They are looking for a Frontend Developer who can turn design concepts into functional, high-performing websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and occasionally clients to bring digital experiences to life and keep them running smoothly over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with UI/UX designers and, when required, directly with clients to clarify product goals, user flows, and visual direction for new sites or features.
• Review and interpret wireframes, prototypes, and design specs, ensuring feasibility and consistency before implementation.
• Build and enhance user-facing interfaces, translating design and requirements into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs to deliver fully functional web experiences.
• Leverage CMS features and builtin tools to optimize site structure, performance, and content management workflows.
• Maintain and improve existing websites for longterm clients, including layout adjustments, UI refinements, and content updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, layout bugs, and crossbrowser inconsistencies; coordinate with backend engineers when server-side fixes are required.
• Contribute to overall code quality by following best practices, performing basic testing, and participating in reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent handson experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience working in web, mobile, or broader software development environments.
• Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript for building modern, responsive interfaces.
• Practical experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js and UI frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations in the frontend.
• Exposure to server-side development (e.g., integrating with or making minor changes to backend logic).
• Awareness of SEO principles and how frontend implementation can impact search visibility and performance.
• Understanding of modern build and bundling tools such as Gulp and Webpack (or equivalent task runners/bundlers).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• A collaborative mindset: able to work effectively within a team environment while also being capable of handling tasks independently when needed.
