Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. You will be key in supporting our sales team by developing technical solutions that meet client needs and ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to expand sales opportunities through technical solutions.

- Attend pre-sales meetings, engage in discovery questioning, and provide technical presentations.

- Identify and address technical gaps, designing and implementing effective solutions.

- Prepare detailed solution designs, including Statements of Work (SOW), to meet client requirements.

- Ensure smooth hand-offs from the sales cycle to service delivery, participating in project kick-off meetings.

- Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, prevent churn, and support renewals.

- Contribute to product literature and documentation in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in a presales or solutions engineering role.

- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in VMware, Fortinet, and network infrastructure.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts.

- Confident and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

- Flexible mindset with a willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities.

- Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn technical and sales skills.

- Fluent in English

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation (routing, switching, wireless, security, and monitoring).

- Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.

- Experience with backup and disaster recovery design.

- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.

- Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto; certifications are a plus.

- Skills in HPE and Aruba are advantageous.

- Experience with Azure Cloud and AWS is beneficial.

Work Environment:

- Hybrid work model, with travel between office, client sites, and home as needed. Travel expenses will be compensated.
