We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Shared Services initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analysis, leading process improvement initiatives, and supporting organizational change management within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to develop operational service models, consolidate stakeholder input, and synthesize findings for leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitate organizational capability redesign to improve system efficiency and effectiveness, including stakeholder workshops and executive approvals.
  • Lead teams of analysts and consultants, planning and coordinating business analysis activities and developing project plans.
  • Participate in provincial-level healthcare transformation initiatives, focusing on home and community care service improvements.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change management planning.
  • Perform analysis and implement change in healthcare environments, engaging with key stakeholders and supporting business transformation.
  • Implement and support Allscripts/Altera EPR modules, including analysis, configuration, integration testing, and coordination with system owners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (proof required).
  • Certifications:

    • Valid PROSCI Change Management certification (proof required).
    • Valid Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist certification (proof required).
  • Experience:

    • 10+ years in business analysis, developing operational service delivery models, and conducting data-driven decision-making.
    • 5+ years facilitating organizational capability redesign for system efficiency improvements.
    • 5+ years leading teams as a team lead or project manager.
    • 1+ year participating in provincial/state healthcare transformation initiatives.
    • 5+ years supporting organizational change management initiatives.
    • 5+ years performing analysis and implementing change in healthcare settings.
    • 6+ years implementing/supporting Allscripts/Altera EPR modules, including configuration and integration testing.
