This is a REMOTE, 12 month contract.

Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in establishing systems to attract and retain health care talent in Manitoba. You will collaborate with regulatory colleges, government departments, and other stakeholders to create clear pathways for licensing, enhance training opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to meet workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial and operational modeling to support decision-making.
  • Research and integrate leading practices into future-state business processes.
  • Perform service delivery analysis and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Facilitate business architecture workshops to enhance system efficiency.
  • Lead corporate strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze supply chain management improvements for healthcare delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in strategic planning and leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience in:
    • Financial modeling and presenting findings to leadership.
    • Researching and integrating leading practices in business processes.
    • Transformational analysis in healthcare or public sector environments.
  • 8+ years managing corporate strategic planning, including risk management integration.
  • 5+ years facilitating workshops for business architecture and capability redesign.
  • 1+ year analyzing supply chain management improvements in healthcare.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing performance management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with PHIA compliance (no custody of Personal Health Information in this role).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a remote setting.
