Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst:
KEY SKILLS: :
- 10 years experience as a BA and strong IAM Experience a
- Must be senior with confidence and be able to describe their experience around requirements gathering with the business stakeholders, writing, clear business requirement documents (BRD).
- Read the audience in the room and present BRD's etc.
- Create Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents and Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), and be able to share examples.
- Strong experience with Use Cases, Test Cases, Story Boards
- Lead Workshops.
- Work closely with the Executive Team and manage concurrent projects.
Location: Remote (Canada Wide) Candidate Rate: $75-$85 per your
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IAM projects.
Entitlement Catalog Development: Work with application owners and stakeholders to develop entitlement catalogs for self-service automated user access provisioning as part of the factory onboarding of managed applications.
Process Definition: Define processes for managing Tier 1 administrative roles and automating the maintenance of stale accounts, including those for employees on long-term leave, sessional workers, deprecated service accounts, and stale contractor accounts.
Supporting Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the solutions meet business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IAM solutions.
Training: Train staff and users to work with applications, systems, and/or programs.
- University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.
ERP Experience is an asset.
