Business Analyst - BA625

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join this impactful project, focused on implementing and improving digital healthcare systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other clinical information tools. The ideal candidate will bring significant healthcare domain experience, particularly in working with clinical stakeholders, and a strong background in business analysis within IT project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current and future state business processes

• Identify capability gaps and recommend solutions

• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clinical stakeholders

• Lead or contribute to the implementation of healthcare information systems, particularly the Allscripts suite

• Support the rollout of Electronic Health Records across multiple facilities

• Use agile methodologies to prototype and refine digital health solutions

• Provide team leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts within the project team

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis roles, including process documentation and gap analysis

• 10+ years of experience implementing projects within healthcare environments

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Allscripts suite of clinical products

• 5+ years of experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs), including regional deployments across multiple hospitals

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst Team Lead capacity on healthcare IT projects

• 3+ years of experience applying agile techniques to prototype healthcare systems and enhance user satisfaction
