POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee and guide projects from inception to completion. This role focuses on planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets while ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Build and Develop Teams:

Assemble and guide the project team to maximize performance through clear direction, motivation, and purpose.

Lead Projects:

Manage projects from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate Resources:

Align internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.

Analyze and Revise:

Regularly assess project status and make necessary adjustments to scope, schedule, or budget to meet project goals.

Stakeholder Relationships:

Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Establish and manage processes for scope management during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.

Manage integrated multi-track performance databases for various projects.

Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including software support teams (e.g., Business Dynamics Nav, PowerBi).

Lead the team in delivering projects on time.

Allocate and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
  • Strong adherence to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all management levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Professional certification such as PMP.
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
  • Ability to coach and develop project team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; valid drivers license required.
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
