POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients. The role involves identifying and developing sales growth opportunities and exploring new markets. The Bilingual Sales Representative acts as a key corporate ambassador, nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Account Management:
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.
- Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
- Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
- Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.
Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
- Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
- Bilingual in French and English.
REQUIREMENT:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferably, an engineering background or technical understanding.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energetic and results-oriented with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively; valid drivers license required.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
