Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
· Experience with new plant and operations setup
· Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling
· Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
· Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
Must be Bilingual English and French
· Six Sigma Certification or Internal Training
· Manufacturing Background Preferred
· Proven experience in an operations management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams
· Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
· Experience in implementing quality management systems is a plus
