As an Organizational Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing systemic challenges, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative strategies to strengthen Manitoba's healthcare workforce.
This is a REMOTE, 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organizational and process design initiatives, including developing operating models, organizational structures, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to create future state models and transition plans.
- Guide business analysis practices, ensuring the adoption of best practices and providing quality assurance.
- Facilitate workshops and engage in provincial-level healthcare service transformation initiatives.
- Redesign organizational reporting structures and job functions within healthcare organizations.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management certifications (mandatory).
- Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in organizational and process design for large-scale transformations.
- 5+ years leading business analysis or enterprise architecture practices.
- 3+ years in healthcare service transformation at a provincial or state level.
