About the job Systems Analyst - Digital Health - SA140
We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Digital Shared Services team. This is a full time contract, remote role (within Canada only) contributing to initiatives that improve patient care through better digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders through interviews and workshops.

Translate requirements into technical specifications and support the implementation of clinical systems.

Implement healthcare portal solutions to support primary care clinics, including software integrations related to client enrollment and primary care workflows.

Lead and coordinate project teams, manage timelines, and develop implementation plans.

Implement and support the Allscripts/Altera dbMotion platform within healthcare environments.

Conduct data analysis and oversee the migration of patient data from various healthcare systems into consolidated electronic records.

Ensure HL7 standard integration and contribute to building interoperable health data systems.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to test, deploy, and support technology solutions in clinical environments.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

A Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Management Information Systems (must provide proof).

A valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification (must provide proof).
Required Experience

10+ years in Systems Analysis, including collecting, documenting, and presenting requirements.

9+ years implementing clinical systems in healthcare, including planning, documentation, and testing.

4+ years implementing healthcare portal solutions for primary care clinics and client enrollment.

6+ years in a project management or team lead role managing implementations and timelines.

7+ years working with Allscripts or Altera dbMotion platforms in healthcare environments.
-
7+ years performing data analysis and migrating patient data, including integration using HL7 standards.
