Job Description

Shared Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare capital construction projects. The role involves managing project planning, procurement, vendor selection, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with municipal and provincial regulations.

Key Requirements

• PMP certification (mandatory)

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or related field

• 8+ years experience in capital project management including procurement planning and RFP development

• 8+ years managing capital project budgets and vendor selection (portfolio experience $50M+ preferred)

• 5+ years managing large healthcare capital construction projects (facility expansions with 150+ beds)

• 6+ years working with municipal or provincial governments on construction compliance and approvals

• 6+ years implementing healthcare-related capital projects including financial management, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication

• 3+ years experience managing projects in a Long-Term Care healthcare environmentProject Manager - PM
