A well-established construction and maintenance contractor delivering refurbishment and maintenance works for Housing Associations and MoD properties across London, Kent and the South East is looking to recruit a reliable Multi-Trader to join the team.

This is a hands-on role working on void properties and refurbishment programmes within MoD and Housing Association portfolios, with a consistent pipeline of work and opportunities for paid overtime.

Locations Covered

Work is delivered across the following areas:

Folkestone, Dover, Brompton, Maidstone, Woolwich, Croydon, Colliers Wood, Greenwich, Mitcham, Wallington

Working Hours

• 08:00 to 16:00
• Weekend work may be required depending on business needs
• Approved overtime paid at 1.5x

Type of Work

• Void works for MoD and Housing Association properties
• Refurb works for MoD properties
• Requirements

Applicants must have:

• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean DBS (essential deal breaker)
• Proven multi-skilled maintenance / refurbishment experience and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work professionally in and around residential settings, meeting quality and compliance standards
